My apologies for taking so long to write you since our trip to the Taj Mahal!

 

We wanted to thank you for the very thoughtful greeting at the airport, in addition to the flowers and bottle of wine.  We really appreciated it.

 

We thoroughly enjoyed the tours and we were glad that we did the sunrise tour of the Taj Mahal.  Our guide was very knowledgeable and accommodating throughout the day. Our driver made us nervous a number of times, but then most of the driving around here makes us nervous!  It's much different than in the states.

 

Next time we will certainly listen to your suggestions as where to stay (instead of ours), because you've never steered us wrong in the past.  Although we liked the location of the hotel, and the view when the fog lifted, it could have been better.  There was significant water damage in the room so it had a very moldy smell to it.  We weren't in it often though so not a huge deal, but we would probably not choose to stay there again.

 

We are really looking forward to our next trip to Spice Village in a couple of weeks.  I'm not sure if the driver we had there last year is still working (Moni?), but if so, it would be fun to see him again.
